Goalkeeping Camp, Wilmington (U8-U14)

This specialized camp will help Goalkeepers stop more goals going in!

What You’ll Learn:

1. Knowledge is Power!: Learn the techniques of receiving a ball, ready / set stance and movement to become unbeatable between the posts.
2. Shot-stopping: From collapse saves to extension saves, learn how to perform and perfect them.
3. Distribution: Start attacks with your feet or hands. Learn the fundamentals of distributing the ball to maintain possession and start attacking plays.
4. 1 vs 1: Become hard to beat when facing an attacker 1 on 1.
5. Support & Communication: Know WHAT to say and WHEN to say it. Understand where to position yourself in relation to the ball anywhere on the field.
6. ​Goalie Wars: Finish each camp day with every goalkeeper’s favorite game!
