Soccer games can be won or lost in the final 5 minutes when fatigue sets in because a player’s technical ability tends to diminish the longer they are playing. That’s why this camp has been created to reduce and even eliminate that fatigue so that you can be the difference maker on the field.

CAMP FOCUS:

1. Attack the 3 pillars of soccer performance: Technical, Tactical, and Physical to improve recreational and competitive player’s preparations for the season ahead
2. Expose players to high intensity training through repetitive technical activities to be able to sustain a high level of activity and demonstrate the technical ability to perform

2. Fitness: Activities will incorporate various fitness components (speed, agility, acceleration)
3. Game Time!: Each camp day will finish with small-sided games allowing players to implement what they have worked on in practice
